Before I exchange my cpu AGAIN, please tell me if there might be a problem I'm not thinking of. The i5 should easily be able to get 140 frames. The i5 runs the game at low settings, high texture, capped 100 frames and uses up to 85%-100% of the processor. Yes, I am aware that it is a worse processor still, but it should be performing better than a DEFECTIVE PROCCESER. I thought that I might have just gotten a bad processor, so I went back and exchanged it for a i5-9600K. I updated my bios, drivers, and re-installed windows but still nothing changed. I had to cap the frames at 100, still then the game took up to 75%. The game should run at around 200-300 frames for the i7, but it would simply not. I run overwatch at low settings, high texture. But when I played in games, my cpu would run at 4.1-4.6ghz at 49-51c and still take 80%-100%. It underperformed, not only 3rd party were telling me it was underperforming. I switched to intel since I heard there was better gaming performance, also intel is currently cheaper. Originally I had an ryzen 5 2600, an amazing processor that I loved, but it broke recently due to some issues. ![]() It has been the worst mistake of my life.
